What makes Mad Rabbit effective?

Yes and yes! Mad Rabbit rejuvenates and brightens old tattoos. If you have a newly healed tattoo, it will look brand new for years!

What kind of tattoos and skin tones does Mad Rabbit work on?
Mad Rabbit works on all kind of tattoos and all colored skin tones.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Nope! If you’d rather order as needed, you can do that through the Products page of our website.
How do I cancel or postpone my subscription?
Start by logging in. After logging in, select "Manage subscriptions" to skip or cancel upcoming orders.
If you do not have an account yet, simply create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you'll automatically see a "Manage subscriptions" button in your account page.
Mad Rabbit will automatically renew your Subscription and charge your Payment Method depending on the Subscription shipping frequency picked by you and, as authorized by you by agreeing to the automatic renewal of your Subscription during the Subscription sign-up process.
Your Payment Method will be charged on the date your order ships. We will charge your Payment Method with the applicable cost for your Subscription, along with any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Subscription.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Subscription. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on the Membership and Box shipping frequency selected) until you cancel.
From time-to-time Mad Rabbit may change it's Subscription offerings, policies or frequency in which case you will be notified.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from the Account page on the Mad Rabbit website. To cancel a Subscription, click on “Manage Subscriptions” link on the page, then follow instructions towards cancellation.
Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least one full business day prior to your next shipping date to avoid being charged for that order. Cancellation requests received by Mad Rabbit through other channels may take up to five (5) business days to process. If you have any problems, please email us at email@example.com.

Cancelling your Subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged.
Any subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been shipped.

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, and all US territories. We also ship internationally.
When will I get my order?
In 3-5 business days domestic or 7-10 business days international. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.
Can I change the address on my order?
We process all orders immediately so please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if it is possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We process all orders immediately. If it hasn't already been sent out from our warehouse, email us at email@example.com ASAP and we can cancel it.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept them after this window. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to us. Please make sure the name and order number are included in the package to prevent delays.
What do I do if something arrive damaged?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject DAMAGED along with your order number and a photo of the broken product!
